July 12, 2025 It is with deep sorrow and a sense of loss that the Centre for Regional Policy & Dialogue (CRPD) mourns the tragic killing of Maulana Khan Zeb on July 10, 2025. Maulana Khan Zeb was a distinguished leader, a member of the Central Cabinet and Secretary of Ulama of the Awami National Party (ANP). A committed Pashtun nationalist and former candidate for the National Assembly of Pakistan, he was far more than a political figure.
