Dr. Qudrat Ullah Khan Miankhel holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with specializations in Finance and Human Resource from the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI). He further pursued a Ph.D. in Management Studies from the Department of Public Administration at the Institute of Political and Administrative Studies (IPAS), Gomal University.

With a rich academic background, Dr. Khan has contributed significantly to academia, teaching management and public administration courses at Gomal University. His professional journey includes pivotal roles such as Manager of IPR and BIC, as well as Assistant Registrar Establishment, Gomal University, providing him a comprehensive understanding of administrative complexities.

Dr. Qudrat Ullah Khan Miankhel has not only excelled in administrative roles but has also demonstrated a commitment to social responsibility. He served as a Master Trainer for SRSP, organizing workshops for Child Protection Committees (CPC) and frontline workers, focusing on Child Protection and Gender-Based Violence (GBV). This role showcases his dedication to community welfare and highlights his expertise in fostering a protective environment for vulnerable populations.

In October 2023, Dr. Khan assumed the role of Director of Administration at CRPD, a project under KKF. In this capacity, he oversees the day-to-day administration affairs, bringing his wealth of experience to ensure effective and efficient organizational operations. His multifaceted experience and academic expertise position him as a valuable asset in steering administrative functions at CRPD.

As a Director of Administration, his generic job duties include strategic planning, resource management, and coordination of various administrative processes to support the overall mission and objectives of the organization.
