Kaj Education Center reopened after the attack
According to Ghulam Raza Amid, an official of the Kaj Education Center in Kabul, they have resumed their educational activities on the ninth day of deadliest attack. The center remained closed for educational activities since the suicide attack on September 30. The suicide attacker was exploded himself during the entrance exam which provoked widespread reaction and demonstrations in Afghanistan. Since most of the times Khorasan of Islamic State (ISIS) claims responsibility of attacks, that’s why it is considered to be done by Khorasan. American representative shows concerns over Hazara killings in Afghanistan
The American representative said that he has met with Afghans professionals in Ankara Turkey, where he was staying for few days. The professionals were included doctors, ministers of the former government, former employees of the defense department and political leaders. Taliban released Afghan journalist after four months
The Afghanistan Journalists’ Center (AFGC) said that the former owner and editor of Aftab Radio in Daikundi province were released by intelligence agencies of Afghanistan in Kabul. The journalists’ center added, Sakina Rahimi, wife of Mirza Hasani, confirmed his release on Sunday. Afghanistan’s economic crisis
Afghanistan’s economists say that while the country is facing a major economic crisis, it seems that the Taliban does not have a special strategy to restore the economy. They add that it is important for the Taliban to pass legislation, establish relations with the international community keep the people inside the country satisfied and create an inclusive government. On October 5, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) published a report on the economic crisis in Afghanistan and stated that after the Taliban take power in August 2021. Afghan Sikhs left Afghanistan
Most of the Sikhs left Afghanistan last year due the Taliban takeover in August 2021. These Sikhs were living in Afghanistan since 1980s and having established and permanent businesses in Afghanistan. Afghan Sikhs were started leaving Afghanistan due to the war and the fear of Taliban coming into power. According to the report, although the Taliban have assured the Sikhs to stay in Afghanistan peacefully but they believe that the environment is not favorable for them to live in Afghanistan anymore. No American Visa for Taliban officials
Washington has announced bans on American visas for several officials of the Taliban government in Afghanistan. The United States Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release on October 11, on the occasion of the International Day of Children and Girls, that the visa restrictions include all current and former members of the Taliban and other people who are subject to restrictions on women and girls. Iran forces to evict Afghan refugee
The Taliban government’s Ministry of Refugees and Expatriate Affairs claimed that the Iranian government has continued to forcibly evict Afghan refugees from Iran. They have already evicted thousands of Afghan refugees in the past week. The ministry added that 5586 Afghan refugees entered Afghanistan through the ports of Islam Qala and Nimroz of Herat. 90 % Afghans don’t have sufficient food
The United Nations humanitarian aid agency in Afghanistan (OCHA) once again expressed concern about the country’s economic crisis and said that 90 percent of Afghans do not have enough food. Afghans should be compensated for the losses in war: Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin says that Afghanistan should be compensated for the losses caused by the wars of the past few years. Putin made these statements today, Thursday, October 13, in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, at the 6th meeting of the leaders of the member countries of the Asian Relations and Confidence Building Conference (SECA). According to the report of Russian Tass news agency, he did not mention the name of any specific country in this regard and requested that the assets of Afghanistan frozen abroad should be released.

Remote areas of Kandahar are vaccinated
The health officials of Kandahar Province say that they have accelerated the implementation of the anti-polio vaccine and now the vaccine is reaching all the remote areas of this province. Dr. Siddiqullah Patial, head of the emergency polio eradication center in Kandahar, says that in the past, children in remote areas were not vaccinated due to various reasons, but now every child is vaccinated. Taliban ban foreign journalists
